“ Opening night review! The Fullerton cheese shop is finally open! This place is quaint. Four tables that seat four people each. Four bar stools. Simple decor. They offer cheese, wine, grilled cheese sandwiches, and a whole bunch of other good eats. The staff is all very friendly and welcoming. I can’t wait to come back. ”

“ Ate the mouthwatering Archie panini and the accompanying side salad. The Archie showed me how to correctly blend gouda cheese, artichoke hearts and honey. Hung on the wall is some unassuming art. As I was noting the picture of a happy goat, the owner mentioned that embedded in each piece is a scanable code that takes your phone to a farm. I also noted a well stocked refrigerated case of unique cheeses. I will return to sample more menu items and I may try some of their jalapeño brie. ”

Is it one of the best paninis I have had? Also yes. The staff are great. Knowledgeable, friendly, incredibly helpful. “ Great little cheese shop with helpful mongers available to guide you into a wonderful block of cheese. Small family business feel with great customer service. Could use a bit more extras to go along with the cheeses but overall a great selection of fine cheeses. Stop in and give them a try, I drove 30 minutes to get my selection and it was well worth it. Also, they have sandwiches and other food items available in case you wanted to get a great little lunch on your way through town. ”

“ AMAZING new cheese shop!!! You can try anything you want so uiu can make purchases of what you really like .. staff is friendly and knowledgeable... Selection is excellent and changes all the time... The goat and sheep cheese in olive oil is incredible... They have a great cheese plate deal called "The Offering"... It's 5 cheeses, 3 meats and all the fixings and then 4 glasses of wine for $100! I will be coming back for that! ”
